As I looked out my front window, I saw a hummingbird sitting on a broken wind-chime that was still hanging up high. After watching it for a while, I realized that it was sitting on a teeny tiny nest. I kept watch from inside my house and finally saw tiny beaks showing, then tiny heads. After a while, I was talking and looking out the window and I saw then mama bird giving flying lessons to the older of the two babies. The next day it was gone and shortly after the nest was empty. I've left the broken wind-chimes with the nest in hopes that the parent hummingbirds with reuse their nest.

Selling my photos on fineartamerica is like a dream come true for me! I would love to set up my photos at art shows and sell huge enlargements of my work. But until I am able to give that a try, I'm excited about selling them here. I've loved taking photos forever! Travel has been a passion since my first trip to Europe in 1993.
